We want you to feel confident and cared for when you shop with us. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about processing, shipping, and receiving your order.

When Will I Get My Order?
Ready-to-Ship Items: 3 to 5 business days processing
Custom & Personalized Orders: 7 to 10 business days processing
Bulk Orders (10 or more items): 10 to 14 business days processing

Processing time is the time required to create your order before it ships. Shipping transit time is additional.

Order Deadlines & Cutoff Times
Orders placed by 3:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Timeframes
U.S. Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days
International Shipping: Varies by location

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, selecting the best option for your order. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Holiday Order Deadlines
Order by the dates below to ensure delivery before each holiday. These deadlines are based on a 15-day prior cutoff and are reviewed annually by USPS and carrier schedules. Final dates are announced on our website and social media.

Please order early. Once we reach capacity, we stop accepting new orders for the season.

Need It Faster? (Rush Orders)
If you need your order sooner, please contact us before placing your order. While we cannot guarantee expedited processing, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Local Pickup (Louisville, KY)
Local pickup is available. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. We will email you to schedule a time once your order is ready.

Pickup Hours:
Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM EST.
Weekend pickups by request.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes.

Shipping Costs & Delays
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on method, destination, weight, and size.

While rare, weather and carrier issues can cause delays. If a delay occurs, we will stay in touch and provide updates. Tangie’s Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays caused by shipping carriers.

Digital Products (PNGs)
All digital products are instant downloads. No physical product will be shipped. Files are available immediately after purchase.
